設備が全て古すぎる ホテル迄のアクセスが難しい

The staff was really helpful and the location of the hotel was good

the room provided was very close to the other room and it wasn’t noise proof. Also the AC wasn’t working.

The rooms were a good size, breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful and accommodating.

No pool

The location was fantastic, close to town centre, loads of fantastic places to eat, shopping and only a few minutes from the Gardens of Augustus and Capri Rooftop. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food which was handy if you are too tired to go anywhere. Oh and ocean views from your balcony too!

They do not provide an iron but they do have an ironing service.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting our large group especially with getting our bags to the ferry. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The AC was very good and our room stayed cool throughout the day.

Our room could have been cleaner at check in. There was a lot of hair on the floor unfortunately . The bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable.

location

sound isolation of the room was very bad. we heard every single noise come from the street, from the corridor and from the other floors.
