Very convenient location for Ironman race. Very good breakfast setup and very helpful staff.
Non-Ironman guests (mainly tours) tended to keep to very different hours (including loud TV at night). When mentioned to the hotel staff, the staff acted immediately to address the noise levels.

Well positioned in town, Nice and clean, staff were lovely.
The walls are paper thin…. You can hear everything all night long!

The staff were remarkable (thank you Ana and team), food was tasty and the room clean; overall, the experience was pleasant.
The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and essential amenities easily accessible, transport in close proximity. We were pleased with our stay and will be coming back.

Clean,decent bed.
Paper thin walls.you could hear the next room snoring,talking and using the bathroom.
Unbelievably harsh lighting everywhere. Most unserviceable lift provision of any hotel I think I have stayed in. People in the 80’s choosing to shuffle up the stairs rather than wait 5 minutes for a lift that it way too small.
