The location is excellent, the service of the reception staff was amazing and fast. The rooms were cleaned twice a day! Attentive to any problem and give a solution immediately, smiling people with a lot of joy

I liked it very much, but the breakfast menu can be enriched with a variety of meals without meat.

Amazing design concept, especially the red pool, and overall aesthetics of minimalism. The beach front with comfortable sunbeds and friendly staff. Overall small details that make you feel this place is special.

It definitely needs some makeup renewal, condition of the environment is pretty “tired”. The food is amazing on the looks but can’t state the same of the taste. And the last tip for the Content Team: it was a personal disappointment that a place called “The Library” doesn’t have a book-crossing initiative or an opportunity to buy-out the books.

I loved everything bout this place! im not one to fuss but the staff couldn't do enough for me I was travelling solo and they where so nice! Food was A++ rooms where great! so close to the beach this is my happy place

The aircon and friday was a bit loud that's all I turned the fridge off at night but the aircon needs to be fixed up I did turn it off but still, They are working on getting the grass to gro it will be magic. Just a tip if you had wait staff going around to the day beds and tables not hasseling but in few you'd make a million dollars on drinks and food easy.

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

it was a perfect stay!

the beach area was full of litter, it might be good if they could clean it each morning as there was fishing hooks and glass bottles amongst the rubbish that we had to stride over

This is the most modern and clean property in the centre of Chaweng beach and total value for money. I couldn't fault the service and staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, and mainly the location right on the beach. The pantry serves an amazing breakfast and dinner metres from the ocean, and from 4pm bean bags and lounges are set up on the beach with a DJ to have bar snacks and half price cocktails for sunset. It really is the best hotel in Chaweng.
