Sercotel Hotel Rosellon

My view was of the Sagrada - what more could I ask for?? It was amazing! A bit small, but clean and comfy. Breakfast was also great!

Rooms are small but thats typical for European rooms, so not an issue

Great choice for breakfast options including fresh fruit n good coffee .

Air-con….. weather was very hot so it would be been more comfortable if I could have monitored the air con myself , from my room , as I found it too icy.

The view of La Sagrada Familia was amazing. It was the main reason I booked the rooms here. The staff was super helpful upon checkout. We had a late night flight and they were able to help store our luggage for us.

There was one incident, where we were trying to order a cab, but it wasn't going to arrive to us for a very long time. So, I asked the front desk if they were able to help. She was able to put in a request, but they never made me aware that there was an additional fee that automatically got added to the total cost since we ordered through the hotel. I didn't like this. My group went outside to what we thought was our taxi....there was some miscommunication, and we got in, thinking it was the one the hotel ordered for us, but the front desk guy came running out telling us it wasn't the same one. He basically scolded me for getting into a different taxi and not letting him know to cancel my request. I thought this was mine, so there was no need for me to make him aware of anything. For him to be upset and speak to me like that should never have happened. I'm not a child and I didn't do anything wrong.
