Price appears not too high compared to other hotels. Size of the rooms ok.

Pictures on booking are misleading (swimming pool smaller than it appears, content of the rooms pretty cheap). Many things make the bill higher: cheapest wine bottles never available, courtesy bottles of water in the room only on the day of arrival, same for shampoo and soap (never replaced when empty). Changes of prices without previous notice.

The food is good in general. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is nice.

The dinner time is from 7.30 to 9.30. I understand that it is oriented for Germans but it can be extended a bit.

Especially the staff was brilliant! Everyone was so friendly and nice, also with our little daughter. Breakfast and dinner were also really good, a great variety of different dishes, good quality and I think everyone can find something there. We would have liked a bit more Spanish influenced food (so it was awesome that there was a mallorquin dinner night during our stay). But that's just personal opinion, we know they have to try and please everyone so it's necessary to also offer "neutral" food. The whole hotel (incl. beer garden and pool area) is really nice, clean and comfortable. We also didn't feel it was too noisy, and the locations is just great. We also never had a problem finding a car park in the streets around the hotel. So we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back as well.
