Very nice hotel close to everything we wanted to see in the city

Our room was in the basement with windows at street level so curtains had to stay closed. Room was dark not enough lights. Wife did not like the lighting when trying to put on makeup or get ready each day.

Very clean & excellent location

Modern, efficient, élégant, comfortable.

Location was very helpful as our visit purpose was to attend a city centre event.

Bedroom lighting, mirrors and set-up could be improved by simply placing a mirror at the dressing table and allowing easier access to the window for opening curtains. Car parking solution is suitable for a city centre hotel, but suggest there are more than 1 option given as this was full / booked out and I had to search alternatives. Parked at the Jervis Shopping Centre and the rate turned out to be much better than what was offered by the hotel. The signage within the hotel should indicate that there is a bar in the Grill restaurant as the lounging areas are limited around the reception area. Lighting in the downstairs WCs needs to be increased in the cubicles. Breakfast menu options were great - suggest to expand the non-cooked food items such as prepared fruits, meats and cheeses.
