The location was great. The transportation from the hotel to the Haram was really great. The stuff was really friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness: The room was not fully cleaned, with used teabags in the kettle, a leftover shaving kit in the shower, stained towels, and hair on the bedsheets. Service & Billing: A promised discount on a fruit basket was not applied correctly, leading to confusion and a lack of a refund, though an apology and a second basket were eventually provided. Noise: Poor sound isolation allowed excessive noise from neighboring children screaming and playing in the aisle until 5 AM, making it difficult to sleep after Umrah.
