Локация, природа, интерьер, неплохие завтраки, были стульчики для детей, бассейны, можно с собакой

У нас был большой номер, но один стул внутри. Выдают одну карточку на семью.

pool and breakfast are ok, room was not good for 2 persns

very bad stairs and no elevator, i reserved room with 2 beds and they confiurmed, but when we arrived there was no availability.

Nice hotel

The plants,gardens and pool make it look quiet idyllic. The staff are lovely and the view we had from our room was beautiful. It is nice and quiet at night and just the right distance from the beach. I would love to come back.

The hotel is usual, big and not really like on the pictures. It’s overrating! Rooms are basic and small. A lot of people. On the breakfast buffet emptying fast.

The service from the doorstep to the hotel was terrible, we were not welcome. The receptionist didn’t introduce himself, and he spoke to us in a reluctant, tired and unkind manner. While he was talking with us and checking in, he is distracted on other guests and taking calls on front desk, even there was a second receptionist, we felt aren’t welcome, and we spent more time to check in than we could. Ok. But we calmly waited and discussed it among ourselves, after. We wanted to stay in this hotel for 2 nights, paid at the reception by card 276€, checked in, but right after when we saw the room, we decided not to stay a second night. Superior room with view turned out to be a standard room with view on bushes. We immediately went back to the front desk to talk and ask about a cancellation the second night and get our money back. It was difficult for receptionist to return our money. We had to pay for an additional night for return our 276 € (Bec he couldn’t do it different way), and the refund must be made within 30 days. When we asked why it’s so difficult we paid only 15 minutes ago, He told that is policy of The hotel, then I asked for a manager or a senior, but receptionist refused. He stayed with face like “it is, what it is” and didn’t wanted help at all. Then I asked maybe to give to us a cash for one night. Then finally he phoned to a manager. After a talk with him, told that from 140€ they will take 30% of fee! Oh! Where this numbers from, we asked!? I slowly getting frustrated and told that I’m pist of his manner, and would like to see the manager and have a talk myself. But receptionist freak out and started yelling at me, kicking me from front desk and threatening me with the police, that now they will come and will take us, for what I couldn’t understand… and why!? we were shocked by what happened there. In the end we got a line with the manager. I explained the situation and we met him in the morning and got our money back.

The atmosphere was so nice

The staff needs more experience on how to communicate with the customer and the room service needs more stuff
