The staff was very helpful and kind throughout out stay. The view to the Bosphorus from 14th floor was simply phenomenal, absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good with a large set of options. The room was silent even though a busy street was just in front.

Barbados Avenue is very busy and there are no metro stops nearby just yet. So get ready to use a taxi or bus. But luckily public (and private) transport work rather well in Istanbul.

Bed was very soft, not suitable for people having back problem. They did not have any other hard bed to offer. but yes, they could partially solve the problem by removing quilted bed cover. Ideally, they should have hard bed available in their stores. I have seen this option in other properties. Staff was very helpful in solving the problem and making me comfortable. Yes! I know some people like to have such soft and cozy beds.
