من الفنادق الراقية بمدينة اسطنبول لقد استمتعت بالاقامة هناك لمدة اسبوع ومن دواعي سروري ان اذكر اشخاص ساعدوني هناك موظف الإستقبال كان محترم جداً اسمه مصطفى ولبق بالتعامل وكذلك البواب اسمه سنان ودود وساعدني كثيراً احب هذا الفندق من حيث النظافة ولطافة موظفين الفندق وموقعه مميز جداً يقع في وسط مدينة اسطنبول في الجزء الأوروبي لقد استمتعت فعلاً ومرافق الفندق جداً راقية ومميزة انصح للإقامة هناك 🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️ It is one of the high-end hotels in Istanbul. I enjoyed staying there for a week, and it is a pleasure for me to mention the people who helped me there. The receptionist was very respectable, his name is Mustafa, and he was courteous in dealing with me. The concierge, his name is Sinan, was friendly and helped me a lot. I love this hotel in terms of cleanliness and the friendliness of the hotel staff, and its location is very special. It is located in the middle of the city. The city of Istanbul is in the European part. I really enjoyed it and the hotel facilities are very sophisticated and distinctive. I recommend staying there🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️

جيد ولكن يوجد افضل

طاقم العمل ممتاز واخص بالشكر السيد محي الدين المسؤل عن نظافة الغرفة انسان رائع بمعنى الكلمة

الاضاءه ضعيفة جداً لا يوجد شطاف بدورة المياه الاثاث قديم شوي الموقع مو واضح كثيو واغلب التكاسي ما تعرفه

It was very nice, although it was of course New Years weekend.

The welcoming as well as the NY dinner and next day brunch. Food quality was very good

Too many contacts for booking additional services by different employees, asking for pre payments although we booked 2 nights stay

it's five stars hotel with safe tourism and security 24/7

The room had a view of the city and the sea but from a distance. The room was comfortable and beautiful, and it was big enough for two people. The breakfast was varied and international, and the staff was always smiling and respectful. الغرفة كانت مطلة على المدينة والبحر ولكن من بعيد. الغرفة مريحة وجميلة وتكفي شخصين بأريحية، الفطور كان منوع وعالمي، والموظفين كانوا مبتسمين ويخدمونك بكل احترام

اقامة ممتعة وهادية بسعر ممتاز وسأكرر الزيارة له أن شاء الله

هادي جداً وفخم ونظيف الافطار متنوع ولذيذ والمطعم جميل ومرتب ونظيف المطاعم رومانسيه ولكن لم اجرب الاكل فيها . الغرفة السكاي مساحتها كبيرة وممنازه جداً دورة المياه يوجد نوعين بعضها يتوفر فيها بانيو والبعض الاخر حمام تركي .. ويغيرون لك الغرفة حسب طلبك خدمات الغرف على مدار الساعة وتجابوهم سريع عزل الصوت والضوء في الغرف ممتاز جداً ( انا سكنت في الدور 30 ) . ياخذون تامين 300 دولار ( انا دائماً احب اعطي الفندق كاش عشان استرجعه بدون مشاكل ) . اذا احتجت الى تاكسي بلغ الكونسيرج وعلى طول تلقاه عند الباب ( بنفس تسعيرة التاكسي العادية بالعداد ) . انصح به وبقوة للعوائل والعرسان ومن يحب الهدوء قرب الفندق مقاهي ومطاعم عند الحاجه .

بعده قليلاً عن محطة المترو .. فقط

great vacation

so impressed by the staff hospitality at front desk and specially at concierge. Ms.Derya and Mr. Ugur at concierge were amazing helping us planning our days and things to see. Mr. ugur was such a great help following through on one of the valuable we left in the room locker

Access to the hotel lobby was a challenge to most of the taxi drivers.

A bit of a disappointment

They have nice pool area. Great view from the windows on the top floors. The room is beautiful and comfortable.

Breakfast was very average. The breakfast restaurant is small, crowded. You have to pay for valet services off course. We waited 25 minutes for our car with child, because the man worked alone.

Fairmount of Istanbul is just a name of Fairmount other wise treatment of the receptionist make you feel like in Taqseem street. They just want to charge you on any thing even the Oxygen they would like to charge you. They made me pay double of the double of my original reservation.

Great room but note 5 for room service. Need to train more the staff.

The hotel is modern and has nice facilities. The room was also clean and properly maintained. The chef concierge and the room service staff responsible were really kind.

Even though we had the "do not disturb" on, our room has been contacted several times (some by mistake and others to confirm if we wouldn't like the room cleaned). I also ordered a desert that never was delivered (until our last day, they delivered as a sign of apology). So it seems that room service is provided by a completely different hotel, it doesn't meet the expectation of a Fairmont. I would suggest that the team is better trained and the menus are revised. One of the meals we ordered in our room was not meeting the menu description. In the end the concierge and room service staff member apologised and made our stay good, but it would be perfect if those details didn't happen.
