Property/ location was ideal for our plans in the city of Leon.

The staff were kind and very professional only down part was the toilet had a funky mechanism when flushing and the TV wasn’t turning on during my whole 2 day stay I called for technician to fix it but never showed up besides that it was a fair price.

the rooms are ample and the bed comfortable..the staff was friendly.

the restaurant. no room service menus in the room and when I went down for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 9, the food trays were empty. the buffer was limited and boring.

When booking the room it says it has a bathtub and actually it didn't have it. There are signs around the hotel saying everyone should wear face masks to protect guests and that rule wasn't enforced even the staff at the reception counter were not even wearing them, neither the room service staff, it was just terrible. The staff was very dishonest, our room already included breakfast and when we ask about it on the phone to know if they can bring it to the room, they didn't mention anything and they were going to charge us. The food at the buffet area was not good at all.
