Stunning family home in great condition in a fabulous location close to shops restaurants and bars . The house is spotlessly clean,and every thing you could possibly need and more besides is available for a lovely comfortable stay .

There was nothing we didn’t like , but if you cannot manage steps then it may be a little problem for some .

Our second stay at Paula's house in Central Alvor. Located in the centre of Alvor but on quiet side street. Large well equipped clean house with sun terrace off top bedroom. Only 2 of us but has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms , with downstairs loo as well! If you want to cook kitchen has everything, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, coffemaker etc. Even has dishwasher and washing machine. This is not like a rental but like a private house. A home from home!

Beautiful accommodation that felt very like home! Paula was a fantastic host, great at keeping in touch and very quick to sort out any issues. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the village minutes walk from bars, restaurants, the boardwalk and beach.

We would have liked the option of a proper shower, rather than a shower head attached to the bath. Also, a king sized bed in the master bedroom would have been good too. Unfortunately, the large terrace didn't get the sun in January but maybe it does in the summer. But really, the accommodation was excellent value for money. And the support from Paula and Helena, who kept the place spotless and well maintained, was great.

Excellent location right in the centre of the town yet calm and quiet. The beach is also close by. I was working while I was there and the wifi connection was reliable and fast, I was able to do VC calls with no interruption. The host was super helpful and responsive. When the coffee maker broke, she came the following day to replace it with a new one. The kitchen is by far the best equipped I have ever had in a rental accommodation and there was a nice outdoor area to eat just beside the kitchen. The place was super clean and a cleaner came during the week to clean as well including an option to change sheets. If you like TV there was one in every room.

The only recommendation I'd have is to have a spare office chair for those who wish to work remotely from this great location.
