Villa Ariston

Wonderful Villa, a delight, gorgeous setting. Understated elegance. Yummie breakfast. It all makes the guest feel special, staff is lovely. Highly reccoment it.

I think the restaurant (lunch and dinner), is under new management or has a different chef. I understand it's not run by the Villa so separate. None of the photos of the photos of food here resemble the food on the menu. And unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

The location is on a cliff over looking the bay And lovely gardens. The diving platform to the sea is a lovely plus.

My only issue was the restaurant. Although it is intertwined with the hotel it’s not actually the same business. So you have a failure point which in my case tarnished the stay a little bit. The owner decided it was appropriate to be rude and surly with me one day for using his tap to fill my water bottle. His ego was exposed and let himself and the restaurant down and in the hotel. I did report the incident as disappointing and got the impression such had happened before. But the hotel won the day with guest experience and service. Bravo.

Lage am Meer, Aussicht, eleganter Stil

Parkplatz sehr eng, aussteigen oft nicht möglich auf der Fahrerseite. Gastronomiekonsumationen mußten sofort bezahlt werden, kein Aufschreiben aufs Zimmer möglich. Keine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend, bei längeren Aufenthalt wäre Abwechselung der Wurst und Käsesorten wünschenswert. Die Zimmer im 2. Stock sind nicht unbedingt zu Empfehlen. Sehr klein, Preis Leistung passt nicht. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, außerhalb vom Trubel und doch gleich im Zentrum.
