A bit noisy due to short term construction almost completed

The lighting in the room was one of the things that could have used improvement - we were in Room 1 and the lamps didn’t work and it was quite dim in there. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

we had stayed here a few years ago and the ownership has changed. zero warning about construction and therefore no key pad lock like they used to have and didn’t feel very secure. very few linens (no duvet ) and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 5pm after no one had the two days before. once we asked they cleaned right away and provided new linens. towels are not soft feel very old and used (clean but warn out). overall we have stayed 4 places in sayulita and came back after a good experience the first time…I do think you can find nicer places however it is inexpensive so worth it if you are on a budget for sure!

The room was lovely and the AC worked really well. The breakfast was simple, with banana bread, fruit and yogurt, but it was fresh and really nice. The pool was great, and it was nice to be able to use the outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. The location is about 1 block to the beach, in a good location.

The wifi was an issue in our room, and it wasn't able to be fixed. We had to go out to the pool area to use the wifi, which worked but was annoying. There was some sort of Christmas celebration where canons were fired at 5 am every day, and 10 pm every night, and it was super loud. It was hard to get a good sleep, but I think it only happens over the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nawalli. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The garden was lovely and peaceful with lots of wildlife. We had an excellent meal at the sushi restaurant which forms part of the hotel. The continental breakfast was also delicious. Jerome was particularly helpful and was even kind enough to give us a lift to our next hotel. Casa Nawalli is located in a great area of Sayulita and we took advantage of the near-by yoga studios and eateries.

Tranquill, clean, homely, welcoming and an all round lovely place to stay. Having a pool was a great addition especially set around the garden. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would most definitely book to stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Casa Nawalli is beautiful and in a great location. Jerome the owner is always available and incredibly helpful. We had a great stay and are definitely coming back!

Casa Nawalli is an oasis, once you enter through the gate, the property is a lush garden retreat. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the complementary coffee and fruit by the pool, great way to start the day. Our room was large, comfortable and nicely appointed. Room included fresh drinking water supplied daily, refrigerator and all necessary toiletries. The location was on the north side of town, which is quieter, but still only a five minute walk into town and two minute walk to the beach. Some of the best restaurants we found were just around the corner, Los Reys, El Jacal for tacos or ceviche, Paradise Pineapple for drinks and sandwiches and Pizza Venezia for great wood fired pizza!
