This resort is really good, there are many outdoor pools and also there is an indoor pool which is great. Also they do a lot of activities for residents to enjoy their stay. Overall its a nice place to stay in this area.

Not much apart from the fact that information about water park being closed was not shared openly or telecast I did not knew about it.

Tout était parfait, le buffet était bien garni et avec du choix, la literie très confortable la chambre spacieuse. Le personnel très agréable, même si on ne parlé pas l'espagnol mais très compréhensif.

Dommage que la piscine extérieure ferme a 18 h, manque de volet au fenêtre pas idéal pour dormir, la clim qui s'allume que quand on y est pour mettre la carte. mais on comprend pour l’économie de l’électricité.

É proibido fumar em aéreas comuns do hotel como aérea das piscinas . Nos quartos Tbm , mas os hóspedes fumam na sacada dos apartamentos e a fumaça vai toda para o quarto ao lado. Se é proibido fumar no quarto, e algumas áreas comuns, entendo ser proibido também fumar na sacada, ou que o hotel tenha quartos ou coloquem todos fumantes na mesma aérea evitando que não fumantes sejam incomodados.

Well - it is hard to say. The sea itself was good, but it is not because of the hotel.

Everything was of a poor quality. Location is awful, there is literally nothing around it. Quite poor and dirty location. Food is of a law quality and not tasty. Overcrowded and overpriced. Old and not clean.

Bad service, unkind and disrespectful at the reception. We asked to leave because of the stinky smell of moldy urine and dust in the hallways, weak water flow in the shower, improper drainage in the showers, the noise of a train passing by and honking every few minutes.
