Sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant, sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück und es wurde alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt, auch sehr leckeres Abendessen - es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei - und aufmerksames Servicepersonal, schöner großer Pool. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer im EG mit Terrasse , sehr sauber. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher im Gepäckraum abgestellt werden.

Die Liegen am Pool standen sehr eng, kaum Abstand zum "Nachbarn", ansonsten alles perfekt.

Nothing really

The staff was amazing! They made our wedding anniversary so nice :) came with a baby and made everything so easy for us. The receptionist amazing! Fatima made some decorations for our room. And we got a baby cot. The breakfast had soooo many options. The spa very good. Best part the sauna at 80 degrees and the ones at 50. Value for money is definitely worth it!

The room had a weird layout with the toilet sharing door with the shower. And it smelled a bit. The outside pool was so cold but it was still beautiful with all the palms around. The hamman was not working so good.

The room was great apart from the super heavy door for the toilet/shower, but the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

What let us down was the employees, in particular the bar employees. I was in the bathroom near the bar and I saw the older blonde lady bartender come out of the toilet and didn’t wash her hands. One of the bar staff made us 2 very bad bloody Mary’s. When we complained Omar refused to refund us (told us the card machine was not able to refund) and told us he was doing us a favour letting us choose another cocktail. He insisted that’s what a Bloody Mary should taste like and that it was made correctly, however, they were not made right and tasted awful. In the end they agreed to make us 2 bikins as we paid €14 for 2 bloody Mary’s that tasted like ketchup with way too much lime. They were probably the worst bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had in my life. If it’s on the menu the bar staff should know how to make every drink they offer. The breakfast was average, fresh fruit juices would have made it better. Also the cooked breakfast was cold and stale under the heat lamps. This was a shame for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast time, Carlos at the door was rude which was a shame as the lady on reception was wonderful and welcoming.
