We did enjoyed our stay in the hotel . All area of the hotel was maintained cleaned, our room always immaculate clean and tidy thanks for the friendly house keeper .Good connection of WiFi and I did enjoy there fitness room that open all the time and the sauna room open from afternoon. Hotel have a fantastic view .

The only downside it would be nice if there is a drink complimentary for guest specially if staying for 5 night or more ,even a bottle of water or kettle for hot drinks for guest.

Beautiful location of sun deck with direct access to Lake. Great breakfast buffet and good evening food. Whole place was immaculate.

it was late season so there might have been staffing challenges. But bar service on the deck would have been nice. it was not a problem. Very good hotel.

The rooms were cozy yet spacious. Little touches like chocolates and water were provided. The saunas were fantastic, beds very comfortable, and breakfast had a great view. Location was great, right in town.

This is a great small hotel. For my taste, it is the best hotel on the Fuschlsee. I have stayed here twice, both times in September (two different years), each time in a double room with a balcony. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, spacious and modern. The bathroom facilities are of the highest standard. The view over the Fuschlsee from my balcony was wonderful. There is a sun deck adjacent to the lake where you can lounge with a glass of wine or access the lake for a swim (I did both!). The food in the restaurant is excellent and quite reasonable. The hotel owner and staff were attentive. The feeling of the hotel is intimate, not pretentious, but the quality of the facilities warrants five stars.

My only complaint: The hotel needs to provide a designated outside smoking area away from the center of the sun deck on the lake. Non-smokers should not be subjected to second-hand cigarette smoke while enjoying the sun deck -- and it's not safe to inhale others' smoke in the context of the corona virus pandemic.

Great breakfasts, yoga included on friday mornings, good evening dinner choices, and of course the main reason to visit, the lake and private lake access.

Checking people's health status must stop.

It was very lovely that the staff remembered our coffee orders for breakfast the second day of our stay. They served us what we ordered the previous day without asking - very personal :)

Amazing breakfast. Most beautiful view from our balcony! And great access to the water directly infront of the hotel.

The owner and receptionist can feel quite unfriendly, but after a few days we noticed that she is actually super helpful and kind in her actions

Breakfast was excellent, having the Vega Vita Coconut yogurt was a very nice touch! The young staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. The private deck, the view, the sun loungers, the private and easy access to swim in the lake was ultimately the best bit of this hotel and the reason we chose it. Looking around the town, I don’t think there’s another hotel with such impressive and private access to the magnificent lake for swimming. Boating choices at a next door business was also great. Steak, chicken and pork dishes were also well cooked and presented. Fair prices on drinks.

The room was good and comfortable but the locked door connection to another room, or the thinness of walls, enabled sounds and noises to pass thru into our room from next door, as if we were IN the same room all together. So some better sound isolation would be a good idea. The boss of the hotel was sometime friendly, sometimes unfriendly ~ intentional or not, you can’t be sure, but we both felt as if we were ‘intruding’ at times. And this at a time when people are encouraged to take holidays in the countries that they live: Austria. We felt extremely sorry for the young staff who were made to wear cloth masks in 30+ degree hot sunny weather, outside. It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever and all other restaurants and hotels that had outside seating, their staff were not wearing masks, and frankly, they seemed more at ease and relaxed and switched on, because they were not breathing in their own carbon dioxide all day long. .

Everything was fine. Very peacefull place.

No salats on breakfasts. Not good for vegans.
