Helpfull staff

The location is perfect — close to the sea, shops, restaurants, and cafés, right in the heart of the city. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The reception team was especially amazing — they helped us find a solution for a late check-out and even gave us a free voucher for McDonald’s, which was such a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I’m always very pleased with the Ibis hotel chain. I’ve stayed at Ibis hotels in Paris, Crete, and Larnaca, and I’ve always had a great experience. Definitely a reliable choice!

Outstanding breakfast. Very nice and handy room for two. I will not suggest it with extra bed as it will be to small, but the probably ofer bigger rooms than my(I booked for 1 person). Rooms are connected if you wish. Location 5 min from the beach surrounded by many restaurants.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. 1. Unacceptable delay at check-in As my flight arrived early in the morning, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask whether an early check-in would be possible. I was informed that this could not be arranged, which I understood. I therefore left my luggage at the hotel and spent the morning exploring the city. I returned at 1:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before the official check-in time of 2:00 p.m. However, I was told that my room was still being cleaned and that I had to wait. After waiting for some time, I asked the reception at 2:15 p.m. why the room was not ready, only to be told that I would have to wait another full hour. After travelling and spending the entire morning out, I was exhausted and understandably frustrated. It was only after I complained that the staff found another available room for me. Having to complain in order to receive a room when the official check-in time had already passed was unacceptable and made for a very poor first impression. 2. Misleading view from the balcony The view from the balcony was completely different from what was advertised on the hotel's website. Instead of the view I had expected, I was facing a construction-like, service area with machinery and equipment, as well as the rear façades of neighbouring hotels. I am attaching a photograph taken from the balcony so that prospective guests can see the actual view for themselves. The difference between the advertised presentation and the reality was very disappointing. 3. No complimentary travel adapter Since Cyprus uses a different type of electrical socket, I was unable to use my phone charger. I asked reception whether the hotel could provide a travel adapter, even temporarily, but was told that adapters were not provided as a complimentary service and that I would have to purchase one from the hotel instead.
