Perfekte Platz und schönes Zimmer.

Die Bettdecke war schmutzig, wurde aber am Abend ausgetauscht. Leider gab es weder Duschgel noch Shampoo, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Hinter dem Waschbecken lagen noch die Putzutensilien der vorherigen Gäste. Wenn dort wirklich gründlich geputzt worden wäre, hätte man das bemerkt. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, Häferl, Wasser für Tee und Zucker – da hätte man eigentlich auch Tee bereitstellen können 🤷🏼‍♀️. Allerdings waren die Häferl so schmutzig, dass wir ohnehin nichts daraus getrunken hätten. Wirklich schade, denn das Zimmer ist optisch sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt. Mit etwas mehr Sauberkeit und besserer Ausstattung wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

The location is excellent – very close to the beach, promenade and many restaurants. The apartment itself is quite spacious and has good potential. We also appreciated that we were allowed to leave our luggage for a little longer after check-out. Check-in is contactless and everything works with codes, which is convenient.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was the main issue. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself did not feel properly cleaned. We also noticed fingerprints on mirrors and surfaces, and the floors did not seem thoroughly cleaned – you could feel sand under your feet. The stairs leading to the apartment were also quite dirty. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell in the apartment. We could not tell whether it came from previous guests or from outside, but it was strong enough to be unpleasant, especially when opening the windows. Another important issue is noise. The apartment is located above a restaurant, and from around 5 a.m. there was already significant noise from deliveries, rubbish collection and restaurant staff. It was very difficult to sleep after that. For around €70 per night, I would expect considerably more attention to cleanliness. The apartment itself has a good basis and a great location, but these issues significantly affected our stay.

Clear Check-in Instructions: Prior to arrival, I received a detailed email and WhatsApp message with clear and accurate instructions and access codes for a smooth self-check-in process * Spacious & Bright Room: The room was very large, spacious, and filled with natural light. * Prime Location: Fantastic location right on the seafront. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs, making everything accessible and convenient until late hours. * Exceptional Service: The hosts were incredibly helpful and service-oriented. Even when we needed extra items late at night, they arrived within a few minutes to fulfill our request.

Bathroom Sink: The countertop-mounted sink takes up almost the entire surface area, leaving no room to place toiletries. Adding a shelf would be a great improvement. * Shower Shelf: There is no ledge or shelf inside the shower to place soap and shampoo. A hanging shelf is definitely needed. * Towels: Although the towels were new, the material was not soft or comfortable to use. * Bedding (Pillows): There were only 2 pillows provided for 2 guests. It is standard to provide 2 pillows per guest (4 in total). * Duvet / Blanket: There was only a top sheet under the bed cover, but no proper duvet/blanket. * Storage: There is no wardrobe/closet in the room, only an open clothes rack. * Fridge: We found a leftover bottle of water from a previous guest in the fridge. * Accessibility & Luggage: Accessing the property requires going up a flight of stairs. This should be explicitly mentioned regarding accessibility, especially for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage. In our case, a very nice worker from the restaurant below kindly helped us carry our large suitcase upstairs.
