Indaba Hotel, Spa & Conference Center

Very nice Resort! Super great breakfast. Nice outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a shuttle to take you to the mall. Great concierge to book excursions. We really enjoyed our stay!

There was really nothing I didn't like about this property!

I like the location of the place. It is secure and safe. Their breakfast was generous and had a variety of choice. Their buffett was good and had a variety of grilled meats.

They did not provide shower gel but provided soap instead in their rooms.

I would like to give special recognition to the barman SAKHE for his exceptional service. He was extremely caring, friendly, welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm personality and excellent customer service made our experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. He truly represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel valued and appreciated. He deserves the very best from the hotel. I strongly believe that employees who go above and beyond like this should be recognised and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay at the hotel so special! We are coming again next year September!!!! Thank you Indaba hotel for making my friend’s BIRTHDAY very special

Food was great.

Bathroom had unpleasant odor the whole time. The shower leak trough door, flooding whole bathroom. with every Shower. Shower not properly cleaned and does not drain properly, do water rise over your feet. TV have extremely bad reception. No milk in the room to enjoy hot drink.
