Next to Montecasino, safe place to walk around. Lots of security.

The room is a bit small to move around if you have lots of luggage.

There was no sheltered walkway from Hotel to Main Complex.

Monte Casino is very nice. The hotel was convenient for walking around Monte. The staff were really nice and I especially liked talking with them on their own experiences in Monte. Very quiet and comfy

The beds were alright. The pillows were not very comfortable

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. We also appreciated the view.

Food was a little pricy. No alcohol could be served to the rooms. Not much else to do within the hotel space.

Everything was superb as always. It was my second time there and it’s always the best. The staff, 100%. Clean. Immediate service.

Good location to the casino,check in was so fast,friendly staff,room was clean,didnt struggle with the stairs i took ground floor.all in all i enjoyed everything,was expecting e worst after i read some reviews but i was happy wen i reach there.

The room was a little small for a family of 4 in terms of movement. Fortunately our stay was just for 1 night. It would be nice to include breakfast in your packages, we won't mind the extra cost for that just to cut the admin of having to walk to the restaurant.

My wife and myself stayed twice at Hotel Perte. We enjoyed our stay, the vibe, the cleanliness and polite staff. The location is central.

The noise at the Reception. It was pass 11 pm, alot of people was sitting at the reception and making alot of noise, it's calmed down at midnight.

The property was close to entertainment, had comfy beds and good Wifi. Check in was also quick.

My basin in the bathroom was blocked and draining slow. The TV didn’t want to work (It kept saying “Loading”. Marylin Monroe’s portrait was hung upside down. The mornings are very noisy especially with kids running down the hallway.

The art is very cute, loved the dark curtains and general hygiene .

The walls are thin, you can hear people’s footsteps from inside your room. The channel selections🚩🚩 There is no Netflix and/or Showmax. The food menu is not expansive.

I forgot sumthing in the room when i went out.. 5min later i came back to pick up, and the guy in the reception did not accept me to go and take it my self😓 only after some time there was a lady that came with me to open the door.. I think it was not necessary to hold me in the reception to get in the room that i was staying for 3 nights... Thats all, but the rest was 100%%
