Colmar is beautiful and the hotels situation is very good.

The bed is too hard, which is of course fine if you like a hard bed. I don’t.

The staff were very friendly! The room was just what we wanted and asked for. We celebrated the birthday of my boyfriend and the hotel even had a surprise for him which was very nice. Thanks again guys!

They have a private garage if you come by car, but the fee they charge for parking in their garage is quite high in my opinion (EUR 35.- per day). They should offer it for a lower price (for example EUR 20.- per day). I found that a pity.

Zimmer ohne hacken oder Bügel, unpraktisch. Kleiner Schrank. Bad nur mit Rinne am Boden,, Wasser läuft beim duschen schnell über was auch rundum Vorhang leider nicht verhindert. Unpraktisch Entgegen Booking.com Bestätigung musste ich 2 Frühstück nachzahlen ? Parkplätze so eng dsss nur ein Mini ohne parkschaden reinpasst. Wir mussten uns draussen bei den begehrten öffentlichen Parkplätzen suchen und hatten Gottlob Glück

Leider war der Service nicht so gut (vermutlich zu wenig Personal verfügbar?!). Beim Frühstück mussten wir einen Tisch selbst erst freiräumen, um uns setzen zu können, Getränke an der Bar zu bestellen hat fast eine Stunde gebraucht.

Very comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of Colmar. Good secure bike store and garage facilities. Staff were fantastic.

We had been planning to visit Colmar for a long time but had to cancel due to very busy business. This hotel was our first choice every time, we finally stayed here. At an Incredible location, very friendly and helpful staff. high comfort, cleanliness, impressive interior design, everything was great.

Location was just where we wanted and walking distance to everything

There was construction going on and the first room we were put in had no air conditioning and it was simply too hot. We were told that in that building, they don't turn on the AC till June 1... Ultimately, they moved us to another building where there was AC in the room. Problem solved.

Location and style

Under renovation, air conditioning did not work and no effort made to fix it, no concession for the fact that property is a construction site.

The hotelfacilities were excellent, a bit diminished by the ongoing works in the reception area, the alternative check in location and the alternative entrance. The breakfast was very good

Breakfast was in a termporary room without daylight, the choice was excellent but the environment was a bit somber. But since building works were ongoing, perfectly understandable. I regret somewhat we were not informed about the building works before booking, after booking the correct information was given

Love the place and the staff was pleasant, warm an accommodating.. short walk to historic center..loved it..

The original hotel was being renovated, so no bar and restaurant..maybe next time..

Nice spacious, clean rooms. Perfect location.

There is a reconstruction undergoing in the hotel. They let us know one week before our arrival. This would have not been annoying, they made everything to make your stay comfortable. But the walls are paper thin, you hear everything from the corridor or the neighbouring room.

Very big difference between rooms (some don’t live up to the images..) Seems rather overpriced. Coffee could be better. Temporary breakfast room during renovations was very crowded and loud.

Upstairs you could hear every step

Everything was excellent, staff, rooms, and location; however, because of construction, there was no lounge where one could sit and meet up with family. Otherwise, we can fully recommend this hotel.
