Great location in the Piazza Della Signoria with a beautiful view. The windows are very sound dampening. the lift, although small, is a lifesaver. The staff is very kind and courteous.
Lift is a bit claustrophobic and slow but still a blessing regardless

Unbeatable location and spacious rooms in the heart of Florence. It operates more like an upscale apartment residence than a traditional hotel, steps away from the main square. The Pros:The Location: You are literally in the middle of everything. The Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the Duomo are just minutes away. The executive suite was perfect for family. larger than standard European hotel rooms. Having a functional kitchenette was highly convenient.
Would like wash clothes, but that’s common not to have in Europe.

Great location and nice penthouse balcony.
We weren’t sure what door to enter for Relais when we arrived - please let guests know the two specific businesses the door is between.

Great location and friendly staff. Our room had a beautiful view to Piazza Della Signoria
The lift is veeery narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with reduced mobility or families with a lot of bags
