The staff was amazing. Viktoria is such a gem, kind, welcoming, went above and beyond in celebrating our upcoming wedding. I loved our bedroom, very spacious and the windows are gorgeous.
Welcome coffee/juice was great!
Breakfast was nice!
This is a very old building, the shower could be replaced due to mold/rust.
This is called a wellness hotel but it didn't feel like there was much in terms of spa/gym other than booking massage services. Traditonally wellness hotels will proactively educate or help with setting up services ahead of the stay but this wasn't the case. Robes were rentable. Parking was an additional $10 a day.

Well located - friendly staff on this visit and good WhatsApp communication about access etc
There is the most fantastic Japanese restaurant about 150m away from the hotel -it’s one of the best we’ve ever been to. Called NIDA but you really need to reserve
Breakfast wasn’t great - very basic but enough I guess

Well located hotel
Amazing Japanese restaurant along the road NIDA but be sure to book
Staff were good at communicating on WhatsApp
We booked a deluxe room this time - listed as larger etc but got exactly the same size room in the floor above. I raised this and was told it wasn’t the same - it was exactly the same footprint etc so I was disappointed by this
We were checking out the following morning before breakfast would be served so we asked for a breakfast box (the hotel offer this) and was told it would be brought to us the night before. We got nothing - again disappointing
