Although I was aware of a shared toilet, there was no hand washing facilities, absolutely disgusting. There was a sanitiser but empty.

Breakfast room excellent, breakfast choice.

Mushrooms seem deep fried.

I had a lovely stay at your hotel. room and shower were good, great location, the breakfast included was amazing with great options and staff are all very friendly. Will definitely stay again

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was as described, and the breakfast was good. Good value for money.

Nice location and a lovely breakfast

Reception staff were aloof and unwelcoming. There was also a loud generator going all night which kept me awake

Unprofessional staff. Small breakfast. Shower was in a cupboard, not a full room. Tatty and messy communal areas. Electrical hazards - over-stuffed electrical sockets. Dated decor. Dusty around edge of room and under bed. Rooms not well sound-proofed.

The noise from outside,Lorrys unloading in the early hours woke us up,a builder started banging a brick wall down at 7 am aswell had a terrible nights and morning sleep

It was a fantastic location and truly good value for money. I really liked the robe in the room. This little inn seemed to think of just about everything.

All in all it was good.

I thought the hotel was in a good position and staff were nice and it was clean I liked tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits plus a bottle of water every day.

It was quite old fashioned furniture in room very dated and the window didn't stay open it kept falling down.I didn't like sharing bathroom facilities very old bathroom and shower was useless took a long time to heat water and was inside the bath very difficult to work out how to use it.

First off my regards go out to the helpful and accommodating staff. They made the short stay we had extra pleasant. The room we had was very good and surprisingly spacious. Well ventilated, clean and tidy and all in all very nice. The location is superb. You literally step outside on to the pier. And it's bang in the middle of the town.

The guy on the front desk was great, and the room was perfect. Comfortable, great view, good bed and clean.

The breakfast was ok but not great.

Full English Breakfast was tasty. You can also choose cereals, yoghurts or continental breakfast from the menu. However, you have to say a time when you are going to have breakfast. The room was cosy with a small bathroom. There was also a portable heater that we used because the windows are old with only one pane.

Sometimes is difficult to plan ahead the breakfast time. Especially when your children woke up earlier. Regarding the bathroom, one spare toilet paper roll would be a good idea.
