Hotel Marisa

Location was excellent and the room was clean.. Your staff was most helpful especially Roberta, who initially greeted us on our arrival, as well as Giulio who took care of us at breakfast. We would certainly return back to Hotel Marisa when in Rome again!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had a very good choice for everyone. Just off Termini station which was very convenient for the metro

I never like non detachable shower heads but at least there was a shower cap

Air cond room in summer extremely hot weather!!!

The location was good. We came from sorrento via train so was straight at the hotel. Good location for accessing metro as well which we used majority of the stay. The bed was very big and comfy. Very good air con, stays on all night. They will also happily keep your luggage for you if your flight is later on in the day after check out.

The bathroom was very very small. We only had a small hand held shower head in our bathroom which went from hot to cold during your shower. The whole flooring in the bedroom and bathroom is concrete so very cold on your feet. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything. Especially other people staying coming in and out of their rooms. We could actually hear our neighbours conversations word for word. The cleaners also start very early in the morning and make a lot of noise.
