Hotel is near to Roma termini (hardly 5-8 min walk). Also place is very near to metro and bus stop (492). Very easy to navigate to tourist places Hotel staff were good Indian veg restaurant (Hotel Saravana Bahavan) is also near by for vegetarians

Probably, items for breakfast could be with more varieties of hot and cold items. It shouldn’t be restricted with shop bought items (example: corn flakes, musseli…)

The location is something making this place worth to stay in. Free cot for our baby was great. That's pretty much it.

The breakfast was ok I guess, lots of bread and awful sausages inside a salad, pastry, and everything possible. The staff was not pleasant to speak to, there was no feeling of hospitality. If you have a wheelchair or a baby stroller, this place is not for you. In our room there was a dangerous step you can fall from when going to the bathroom at night. The floor in the bathroom is also dangerously slippery. There's no tea or coffee maker in the room, nor an iron. Only half a roll of toilet paper looks really cheap for 200 eur per night stay. The air conditioning was poor, so it was hard to sleep.
