Small but perfect little stay in the centre of Edinburgh. Walking distance to everything!

Clean, spacious and 10 min walk from all major tourist destinations. Loved the self catering aspect.

Complicated appliances , dangerous steps, leading down to the kitchen needs high vis edging fell down them !, plugs not near mirrors , very noisy with  guests coming and going, long wait for the lift at times.

There is a kitchen with everything, a fridge and a toaster (and I think a oven as well) - Located in the student accommodation of University of Edinburgh, which indicates its safety - Location is good - Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! - Noise proofing to a great extent

The hosts and the apartments were nice and was close to the centre also.

They were banging all the time and especially at 4.40am every morning ing which then was hard to get back to sleep

we arrived on sat night, the noise from the road was so loud my daughter only slept 4 hours! there was a bus stop under our room, lots of shouting all night. we all had a very bad sleep. it sounded like the window was open

the surrounding area was a little loud in the morning, but apart from that I couldn’t complain.

The location was great and the apartment was excellent

When they advertise this place it looked gd until the 1st day the TV packed up,so they moved us to another room,then that was OK until the TV went again then thete was no heating and also the cooker hob didn't work,by that time we'd had enough and was due to leave the nxt day,so if you are gonna book just make sure that everything is OK at the apartment before you finalise your check in

Small but cosy apartment. Everything looked brand new. Lovely apartment overall. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is compact but not extremely tiny like some places.

Was a little noisy in the evening with people in the corridor

The apartment was in excellent condition and everything was of good quality.

It was smaller than the picture.

Very pleasant reception staff with nice chat while waiting for the computer. Room was nice, tidy, and had all the facilities you could want for a short break.

The bed was really hard. lying on the spare pillows made it merely uncomfortable. Thankfully I was only there for one night. There was work being done to some of the other rooms in the corridor and you could hear the workmen from 7am.
