Posizione eccezionale, spazioso e ben arredato . Molto pulito. 3 camere doppie e un bagno grande e uno piccolo al piano superiore adiacente alla camera più spaziosa.

Essendo all'ultimo piano ci sono le scale da fare a piedi e non adatto ad anziani con valige. Il giroscale comune andrebbe pulito

Que es un 4 piso, sin ascensor y no se informa. Además faltan cubiertos para poder comer en el apartamento

Great location during the Fringe Festival with lots going on next to the apartment. Apartment was well set up and very comfortable for a family for a long weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

The only small issues were the entrance to the apartment building has a poor smell. I would recommend a company pressure washing and bleaching the entrance. Also, LOTS of steps to get to the apartment especially when carrying (2) 50 pound bags from our 2 weeks of travelling.

There was a lock box by the door and we had the code so we could get the keys right away.

The apartment is located close to some type of safe house for homeless people, so we had about 4 or 5 people setting on the steps that were strung out on something and we had to ask them to move a few times so we could get the keys and get thru the door. One of them had urinated himself and it was all over the steps along with what looked like dried vomit. They were there again the next day with a few more people, but after that we never saw them again. After that we had to walk up 60 steps to get to the door of our apartment. The apartment is older and alot of the floors are slanted and some felt like the floor would give out. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all in one small room so it's a little cramped.
