Great central location. Easy walk to Eagle St Pier and shops. Having Woolworths underneath is great. Spacious apartments that are well equipped.

The pillows were a bit old and very flat. Had to use the decorative cushions to prop them up.

Great location. Safe building. 2 bedrooms with onsuites.

Traffic and public noise at night. Bathtub too high to step in and out of. Second Bedroom had only one bedside table.

Stepping over the spa bath to get into either shower would be a problem for older guests. Couldn’t leave our bags in reception on the Sunday as no staff to watch them or room to put them in.

The apartment and location is excellent. Very convenient, with BigW and Woolworths below.. Very close to Queen Street mall, and transport services. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The clothes dryer was a problem. It stopped very often, and we had to continue pressing the door to make it work. Apart from that, the rooms were spacious.

The room was very quiet, and very spacious. Bed was comfortable although squeaky when you moved. The property was well situated.

Would have been nice to be told that the pool was out for maintenance, found this out when we got there.

Perfect location, central to everything and right above a supermarket. Beautiful building. Loads more character than most hotels. Wonderful, spacious room, the nicest and largest two bedroom suite I can remember staying in. Comfortable, soft beds and lovely pillows.

Clearly lacking in staff right now. No reception at nights or on weekends. There appears to be a backlog on small repairs (we had a broken chair in our room's "office" and one of our bathroom taps didn't work well). Stingy with supplies. We only got two sachets of detergents and soaps, with a note to buy more from the supermarket if we needed more. That doesn't work well for a 4-5 day stay. They do have parking but as with anywhere in downtown Brisbane I'd avoid it if possible. It's difficult to get to and there isn't much of it. Walking, scootering and public transport is much better in Brisbane CBD.

Location was outstanding....building and facilities unique, and staff professional and helpful.

Only 1 suggestion - the step over the bath to access the shower was very high - a grab rail would assist.
