Riccardo’s place was excellently located for a stay in Rome. He was an informative and responsive host for check in and check out. The room (self contained within a large apartment of en-suite rooms) was compact but very comfortable and clean, with a smart en-suite bathroom. All the facilities we needed were provided (eg tea/coffee, hairdryer, iron). We would definitely recommend this accommodation for a reasonably priced stay in Rome.
There is nothing we disliked about the accommodation. Yes, there is city traffic outside during the day, but we didn’t regard this as a problem, while visiting a busy city like Rome.

I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this place. I especially appreciated the owner, who was extremely kind, friendly, and cooperative. There was a small issue with the bathroom during our stay, but he listened carefully and resolved it quickly. He genuinely tries to help his guests and make sure they are comfortable.
For the price, I think this is a very good option and great value for money. I really appreciated the hospitality, and the next time I visit Rome, I would happily stay here again. 😊

Beautiful location, and close to the train station, very nice and communicative host, clear entry instructions, nice air conditioning
There is some noise during the night because of the city sounds and presumably metro/tram
