The location was excellent, walkable to virtually everything we wanted to see, surrounded by restaurants, and adjoining a lovely park. The kitchen was available, the bed and shower were good, and the host was friendly and helpful.

Communication and helpfulness of the host is great. The place is very clean and pretty spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessible along with the living room. There is also a very nice bakery, probably one of the best Gelato/Ice cream place in Rome and two supermarkets nearby - within 5 minutes walk. There is a park with nice nightlife just across the street. The place is very quiet.
The bathroom is a bit small and tight, the water pressure is very low. The location is a bit of a hit/miss. We liked it but we also like to walk a lot. It is a bit off the main attractions, great if you want to feel the city and don't mind taking 10-20 minutes to get to the places of interest, we liked it as such! There is no balcony or window with any view of the city.
