Camyuva Beach Hotel

Exceptional food, especially from sheff hands! Those sweet things, like pies, are awesome! I could bet, they are way better and tastier than in other 5 star hotels! Private beach, helpfull staff, clean rooms.

Beds are not so comfortable

We stayed in Villa C and absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The private pool was cleaned regularly, and both the beach and the main hotel building were just a short, pleasant walk away. The beach and the sea were very clean. We also had a great experience with the restaurant. The whole team and the waiters did an excellent job. Tables were cleared very quickly, the food was fresh and tasty, and we never left hungry. Service at the lobby bar and pool area was also friendly and efficient. Overall, every member of staff we met was attentive and helpful. I also want to thank a few people personally: A special thank you to Mr. Mehmet, the Food & Beverage Manager. Thanks to him, my birthday dinner was especially memorable. On our departure day, when our transfer was unexpectedly delayed, he noticed that we were still waiting and made sure we were taken care of. It was a very thoughtful gesture and really touched us. Adelya at reception also won our hearts. We always felt that we could come to her with any problem and she would do her best to help. On our last day, she helped us a lot when there was an issue with our transfer. I am pretty sure I made my flight thanks to her persistence and help! A big thank you as well to Aisha from the spa. She did a wonderful job and helped me truly relax and enjoy my treatment.

The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach, as some guests reserved them with their belongings even when they were not actually using them. Once we figured out the best times to go, it wasn't really a problem anymore.

Chef Suleiman and the restaurant manager, Mehmet, were undoubtedly the best part of our visit. They were consistently welcoming and friendly, and they truly elevated our overall experience. While the hotel is conveniently directly across from the shopping plaza, the prices are significantly inflated for tourists.

The room doors are a major issue. Because there is no soft-close mechanism, doors constantly slam shut with a loud noise, even late into the night. Additionally, if a door is left slightly open, it emits a continuous beeping sound, forcing guests to choose between the alarm and slamming the door. Second, the public areas are uncomfortably warm. Because windows and doors in the lobby and restaurant are all left open, the AC cannot keep up, leaving guest rooms as the only cooled spaces in the hotel. About the food service:   - Ice cream was not served during the summer.   - Grilled food was frequently undercooked.   - The "fast food" selection at the beach was limited strictly to fries and onion rings.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They work extremely hard and spend long hours on their feet, yet we never once saw them looking unhappy or experienced even the slightest lack of politeness towards us

Regarding the massages, Booking.com provides detailed information about around 10 different types of massage, but the fact that these services require an additional payment is only mentioned under the general “massage” heading. The way this information is presented makes it seem as though the different massage options are included in the all-inclusive package. I found this approach misleading. The description should clearly state that these services are charged separately, so guests know exactly what is and is not included before booking. The Kids’ Club was also disappointing. The range of activities and options available was very limited, and the fact that the activities were only in Russian made it particularly difficult for our child to participate or enjoy them. For an international hotel, I would expect at least some activities to be available in English, especially for children from different nationalities.
