Sailor's Beach Club

Everything! From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Great structure, food catered for our gluten-free needs and Recreation team lead by Khan was AMAZING! My daughter was very well taken care of by Lydia in the Pulpo Kids Club, Anna was great and always very attentive at the pool fitness classes snd the whole team was friendly and engaged. Pool and beach structure were very good too!

Nothing.

It's a good place to stay with the family and kids. Territory is big, green and beautiful. Personal beach with a pier. Rich choice of food.

Room is not soundproof and you can hear everything that your neighbour does. If you lucky you would have normal neighbours. During the night staff is watering the garden, so you can clearly hear how it happens. Each evening there is a party on the beach and it's very noisy. You wont get to sleep earlier than 11pm. There is a lot of choice for food but there is no information on allergens or at least contents of a dish. You have to ask and pray that staff would know. Also there is always a hustle. Best food choices is Turkish native dishes. Not very clean beach. Staff is quite tired all the time doing their best to serve big amount of people in a 35 degree sun. It's making the stay more sad. I would have really enjoyed a stay here if the hotel would make an accent on quality not a quantity.
