Very good location and nice building. Comfortable rooms. Nice view. There is a nice park nearby with kids playground. Lovely Thai restaurant at 1 floor.

very good price-value, well equiped and furnished rooms, clean, cosy, the view is fantastic. Staff is friendly and kindly provided a room on a high floor, from where I could enjoy the view. Walking distance to a supermarket

Location is ok, not very far from Dubai Marina and JBR, though it's not a walking distance and takes time to make several circles by car due to highways.

I liked the view from my room and that it is close to The Marina. The bed was really comfortable and large.

I did not like the experience. The building itself seems very old and shabby, the entrance and the reception lobby is very gloomy and disappointing. Dubai is all about bling and dazzle and this property is nothing close. No one to greet you or even take your luggage from the taxi nor to the room. Although they have 3 elevators, it usually takes more than 5 minutes to catch one. The size of the room is ok but the entrance and the corridors leading up to the room was worn out and definitely needs a renovation. The location is ok if you have work in Marina but to get there you have to walk for 35 mins and cross through metro station, but if its too hot or raining then you might have to consider taking an UBER or a Taxi and spend AED 25 approximately each way.

it's very outdated. the shower was to small to even be able to stand under it. matress very hard and not comfortable In the gym there is no equipment that works

One of my best experience and I will try again and again we arrive before time for check in and we thinking we will not get the room but they show us how is hospitality it have to be and thanks for receptionist RAmah is so friendly kind nice have amazing smile even give us upgrade to premium and what we want exactly the room is so nice clean and nice view and balcony and all facilities in hotel is good And thanks again mr Ramah for everything you let us feel more welcome in this hotel

Me and my family liked nothing about this hotel, starting from cleanliness levels were poor very dirty and dusty, breakfast was bad location was bad staff were unhelpful such a shame as other hotels in cosmopolitan dubai have never been this bad, what a bad look for an amazing country.

Location, unhelpful staff, dirty and dusty, poor all round. Shower was broken bin was broken cupboard was broken.
