Location is perfect, there is gym, pool and even steam/sauna (although I didn't use those). The apartments are quite spacious. There are all necessary features in the rooms, including washing machine, cooker, kettle, fridge, etc. There were 1.5 bathrooms in our 1-bed flat which was very handy. Main bathroom was of a good size too. There are lots of supermarkets around with 24/7 Carrefour just across the road. On the day of the checkout we asked for a slight extension - just for 1 hour - as we had planned a trip to the Palm. Reception team agreed to that which was a nice gesture. We ended up not needing this 1 hour but still...

We were checked in to one of the accessible rooms, which meant that there was no standard shower/bathtub. I would be okay with that if the check in staff informed us about it in advance and also offered a solution on how to deal with the water that spreads all over the bathroom when you try to take shower. We were looking forward to having a shower and resting after our flights, however when I opened the water i realised that the drainage isn't designed properly and water has just stayed on the floor - even though I just opened it for 1 min or so. When I contacted reception to try and solve the issue, no apology or explanation was given, just "OK OK I'll call you back". We ended up waiting for around 1.5 hours for them to move us. Another staff member completely dismissed our comments about the smell and air coming from the washing machine. Not sure if this was due to language barrier but it wasn't a great customer experience.

Świetna lokalizacja,niedaleko do metra-stacja Sobha Realty.Przestronny apartament,balkonik z widokiem na miasto i kawałek jeziora.Bardzo wygodne łóżko,codziennie sprzątany pokój,zmieniane ręczniki,codziennie dostawaliśmy nowa butelkę 1.5 litra wody,kawę,herbatę,cukier oraz całą gamę kosmetyków do kąpieli,balsamy,Szczoteczka do zębów,Maszynka do golenia,czepek,kapcie itp.W pokoju było również żelazko i deska do prasowania.Bardzo miła obsługa,nie spotkałam się z taką uprzejmością w żadnym innym hotelu!

Jedyna rzecz do jakiej można się przyczepić to brudne okna w pokoju,ale Dubaj to kraj pustynny i trzeba to zrozumieć.

Massive spacious room (Room # 801) Perfect size for a family of 4. Supermarket opposite and to the side of hotel. Daily cleaning, towel change & tea/coffee/sugar restock. Very friendly staff. 3 swimming pools with towels provided. Beautiful view of the marina.

Bed was ok. Tv didnt have many british channels.

Cucina assolutamente non attrezzata. Pochi utensili e solo una presa elettrica vicino al formo a microonde. Il bollitore è posto dalla parte opposta della cucina e sarebbe comoda come posizione, ma non ci sono prese elettriche e bisogna scostare il forno a microonde. Vicino al tavolo della sala non ci sono prese elettriche e quindi non si può utilizzare il computer. Solo 1 presa elettrica sulla scrivania in camera che è occupata dalla televisione. Per caricare il computer è necessario scollegare la televisione.

Great location at walking distance to Marina Mall and the Metro/ Tram station. Breakfast was very good, expresso machine was great.
