Location was excellent and the facilities were as describe suited my circumstances down to the ground especially having washing facilities at my disposal. Host was responsive and instructions were clear could not have had a better experience. Excellent value would stay again no worries. Thankyou Ryan, Loc, Kim and Divina for an excellent stay.

An apt room with all required amenities and clean and tidy. The hospitality from first day to last day was upto the mark and we enjoyed the stay in the apartments. Very humble team as well. Thank u for such kind hospitality.

It had everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean facilities, fresh towels upon arrival, clean spacious fridge, a lot of closet space, iron and board… all good and ready to use. We didn’t cook, but there is everything available for cooking or having meals as well. And the location of both, Boat Quay and Clark Quay apartments, is amazing. This is a great location, at an affordable price. Would definitely stay again.

Everything, from the moment we arrived was so easy. We were met with our hosts that assisted us in getting familiar with the smart phone keyless system. Whenever we had a query we just rang them and always got an almost instant response to our enquiry. The MRT was close by and many buses passed by us on South Bridge Road. I must say, we used taxis mostly as they were so cheap and reliable. As for the location, our room, number 201, we don't think there is a better location overlooking the Singapore River and a multitude of restaurants and bars. What's more we walked out of our room and turned right and down a flight of stairs and we were amongst it. Food generally was quite cheap- except for Chilli Crab! The room was quite small at 15sq metres, however the rooms design was so functional that you never felt cramped, almost like a good galley kitchen . The equipment was first class with a wardrobe with no less than 20 coat hangers, a bed that was very comfortable and high enough to store your cases underneath. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely Nothing!

One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

Mary & Naw the staff who work there were very helpful great location as well

The Aparthotel was next to the river which was lovely. It was close to the MRT and plenty of eating places. Our room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. Mary and Naw were amazing! Mary in particular was so helpful, and really made our arrival easy and our stay relaxing. We really enjoyed staying here and would like to stay again if we come back.
