1. They did not inform me the lobby passcode after i made the booking and so i was stranded outside carrying all my things for a really long time. Message them through the app, no reply. Called their hotline, no pickup. Eventually manage to call another number to get the lobby code.
2. My room password was not also informed after i made the booking. it was only after i took the initiative to give a heads-up of my late check in that they send me the room passcode. there was no one at the lobby/recep. so had i not message them first, i would be stranded outside, again.
3. When i ask for procedures for early check out, there was no reply through the app. Again i have to call and ask in detailed.
4. Now here comes the horror. I called to ask how should i request for no room service. the staff assured me that there will be no room service, as room service is only for long term guest. my booking was only two days. i ask if i can get a label for ‘do not disturb’, staff said no and that there is definitely no room service. Asking if i can change the room door lock password (since lobby passcode is made known to all and card is not required to enter the room), i asked if could change the password but staff said no. Staff assured that no one could enter the room. To my horror, after i came back the next day, a room service was done. Some of my things, deemed to be trash, were thrown away. My things were shifted and falling off the table, seemingly having dropped of the table during the room service, are carelessly placed back as they were on the verge of falling off the table. Lights were even switched off after i entered. Called the staff and said she will follow up with me with a call, but never did. She did asked pictures as prove of evidence, and i provided via the messaging app. There was an apology message, but no pickup after i tried to call them back.

The main purpose of this trip is to take my mother to SNEC Hospital, so there are only two things that I feel okay with: the location, under 10 mins to SNEC by taxi/grab and it having a kitchen, because I need to cook while taking care of my mother.
1/ The staff changed the address at the last minute; they informed me just 5 minutes before the flight. Imagine if i don't know about it and I couldn't buy a SIM card when I arrive, what would happen?
2/ Everything in this building, including the apartment, seems like it's still under construction. There's a lot of dust, and the wardrobe is dirty. We dare not use the wardrobe and towels.
3/ If you're hoping that someone will come to clean every day, the answer is NO. The price of this apartment is not cheap, and everything in the apartment seems to be gathered from different people. there was 2 different beds in my room, one short and one tall. :))
They have a few bowls, plates, glasses and utensils, and they are very dirty. I had to boil water and wash everything again.
4/ The location is NOT SAFE for female traveller. I think this is Indian area. At night, everything around is quite dangerous, as there aren't many streetlights, so it's very dark. I can see a lot of Indian people sleeping on the sidewalks. The nearest MRT/Bus station is about a 15-minute walk away, don't have much restaurant or convenient near by. The only option I should recommend is order food from Grab Food.

The restaurant downstairs was primarily Indian and no breakfast, even just a coffee and croissant!
The choice means walking for 10 mins to nearby shops, some of which closed on a Monday, and if one has work/appointments, it is not feasible. Similarly, one has to depend on the Indian restaurant when many places closed on Monday.

The location and the views outside the room was very nice. The laundry service was a nice compliment to the stay too.
They changed the door code in the middle of our stay and was not informed about it. When we got there and contacted one of the CSO, he sounded annoyed that we were calling him at around 10pm asking why the door code has been changed. It turned out they made an error in changing the door code of the room we were staying in, and was supposed to change the code for a different room. They did our laundry as part of our stay and lost a pair of my sock. Also, it might be worth considering adding a shower curtain as there was none in the bathroom and the water from showering just gets on the floor so we had to keep using the same rug for bathroom and kitchen to keep the bathroom floor dry.

Room full of ants including the beds, we got bitten by ants, TV spoilt, feedback will fix but didn't do it, washroom isn't clean, the apartment is very deep inside - super "ulu" and with at least 15mins walk to access public transport

There was nothing to like on this apartment.
On the day upon arrival to Singapore on 20th Dec 2021 i have called the property as per the instructions given in the booking confirmation in order to advise my check in time. However, they mentioned they missed the booking due to an internal issue.
Then i had to wait in Airport for couple of hours without a confirmation.
Afterwards they mentioned they organised an alternative place for few days which was completely other side of the original location.
They requested me to go there and stay on that place for few days.
Afterwards i went to that property and waited for another hour until someone came and open the doors for that property.
After few days they mentioned now the original booked property is ready and they will move us there to on 24th Dec.
We came to original booked property and checked in. However noticed property is barely ready. Its not been cleaned properly and not hygienic and had significant issues with wifi as well. I had to source my own internet service with my own expenses. Even though i booked and fully furnished apartments this property is very different to initial booking explanation. Which has few kitchenware and no exhaust fan which is impossible to make even a little amount of food.
Upon arrival to original booked property on 24th Dec i raised these issues to management and request if they can even a provide an upgrade im even happy to pay extra as im here for a longer stay. They mentioned they do not have alternative options. Also not replied to my messages regards to internet issues.
