Loc superb, personal amabil , foarte curat !!

Locatia este extraordinara, iar personalul foarte dragut. Carmele nespus de curate.

Nimic din ce inseamna spa plus ciubar nu este inclus in pret, iar daca se doreste e 300 de lei pe ora (ciubar si spa) sau daca sunt minim 4 persoane, 75 de lei persoana. Mi se pare enorm de scump, tinand cont de faptul ca si camerele sunt destul de costisitoare.

The room size, the staff was extremly wellcoming, the breakfast was very good ( sorry for missing 2 breakfast but....Untold :)), the location is very nice and accesible

The fact that we did not used the "ciubar"and sauna, the access might be a bit complicated during snow season.

The location was superb, the hotel was very unique, it lookes like a castle from the outside, very modern and spacios inside, big public kitchen area, very spacious room (suite) with everything you need in it. The hot tub and sauna was very well funtioning, the optional dinner was very tasty. I've almos forgot, they are pet friendly as well!

Nothing to complain about.

The location is good - it is near Cluj (about 25 min driving) and the place looks nice from the outside. The view is very nice and you can walk in the near area. Also it is a good place for staying for work, since the WIFI is good, the city is near and there are many places where you can sit with your laptop and work. The breakfast was good.

1. When we arrived the host (receptionist) was very "cold" and not pleasant. 2. To use the Sauna and Jacuzzi costs extra money. We wanted to use it but the receptionist told us we can use only the sauna. She didn't explain the reason why we cannot use the Jacuzzi but told us we will need to pay the full price anyway. We decided not to use it. 3. Out walls in the room were broken (see the attached photo). You don't expect this from 4 stars hotel which is relatively not so cheap, especially compared to the other available options.
