Gaby. What an extraordinary host. He made us welcome to his apartment like his own family. We, unfortunately met hurricane Fiona during our stay. Despite of that, he made sure that we are at least comfortable with our stay. He provided us with a generator that could power their the air fan, the refrigerator and some lights needed during the night. His apartment is very well decorated and arranged accordingly. No regrets with this booking. Will see you next time Gaby.

great location, great host and good value for money.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Close to many great excursions like El Yunque, Culebra and Vieques islands,as well steps away from the bioluminscents kayak trips. Many eateries as close in walking distance to short drives.

Gaby is a great host. He proactively contacted us the day prior to our stay to assure all was ready for our our arrival. The apartment is as described, nicely decorated, stunning ocean view, comfy and clean. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and beach area. We are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend !!! Thank you Gaby for being so attentive and responsive to all of our needs, we really enjoyed our stay!

The room and the view was amazing. Gaby provided everything we needed and was a very kind and helpful host :) There’s a couple restaurants that are nearby/walking distance and a nice park. Also a couple kiosks where they do kayaking and a bunch of diff activities. Also it’s located near the lighthouse by seven seas beach and icacos island which were all really nice to see.

Only thing was we didn’t rent a car so it was hard to find an uber/taxi. Really our fault though, we should’ve gotten one for the area. There wasn’t much we could walk to but we did find a nice little cafe a mile away called La Vista. Besides that you definitely need a car.

Lovely, cozy apartment that was just as advertised. Great location with free underground parking. Good WiFi and very nice modern furnishings. Refreshing pool. Direct view of the ocean. Friendly owner who had lots of advice about what to see and do in the area.

A couple of the kitchen cupboards need repair, but other than that everything was great.

The cleaning

I loved the location and the view from the balcony, it’s very close to beautiful seven seas beach (short drive) the place is very spacious for a studio apartment, on the first floor, nicely decorated, huge smart tv with WiFi, the host greeted us upon arrival and answered my calls when I had questions

The property is a little outdated and needs upgrades (bathroom and kitchen cabinets) also was a little dusty, the place needs a good deep cleaning including the furniture. The last night of our stay the power went out and never came back, (it was out for about 15 hours, we checked out without power)I asked the host if he could provide a small camping gas range burner to be able to cook breakfast and make coffee, but he said he didn’t have one and didn’t offer any options, I understand the power problem is not his fault but he should be prepared with a rechargeable or battery operated fan, flashlights and a gas stove so guests can at least be comfortable.
