The location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go.

The location of this property is perfect. The property however is extremely tired. Not only does it need a thorough cleaning, top to bottom but there were many maintenance items that were neglected and ignored. Missing tiles in the bathroom, fan vents in dire need of cleaning door jams in need of replacement, dirty furniture, kitchen tools ie spots and pans that were way past their use. This property desires better as do the people who rent it.

The place was as advertised. It was clean and convenient to the beach and all the other venues on the island. The internet was out the entire week which really put a damper on my ability to work and stream TV. The owner was responsive on the issue but unfortunately, the internet was never restored. He supplied a backup wifi connection, but the bandwidth was poor. We ended up using our hotspot when we needed it.

The property was centrally located and relatively near the beach. First impression was the key pad not opening and we had to call the property owner (didn't answer) and then VRBO which took about 1/2 hour on hold and speaking to the rep. Owner finally called and said we were operating the door wrong, though we believe the lock was stuck and not cycling open (even though it was making noise). Finally it opened after about 20 tries and worked most of the time the rest of the stay. Property appeared clean (though socks got dirty easily on the tile). Many of the amenities (dishwashing soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc.) were put away, so we didn't know if we were allowed to use them. We ran out of paper towels the first day (had not been replenished). One bed was very firm and the other was way too soft. The sheets and towels were soft, though. Our main concern and observation was lack of regular and routine maintenance, including the tub (backed up badly to 8 inches when you took a shower), numerous cracks in walls and tile, unlevel refrigerator door (that flew open all the way when you opened it), dirty tile floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cracks in ALL of the window seals, stained and very old bedroom carpet, rusted window coverings, etc.. One of the bedrooms has a door to the porch and its VERY noisy when the neighbor guests sat on the porch and talked at all hours of the morning and night. I would absolutely NOT recommend or stay at this property again.

Check in was made very simple. The place was clean and the location absolutely could not be beat. There was parking right in front. Everything was a 5 min or less walk (Beach, restaurants, grocery store etc) loved the large patio. Very quiet in the evening which was very much appreciated with two Littles.

We checked in and the cleaning crew had not been there . I sent a message and Reed the owner was super prompt in getting things ready. The cleaning person did not show up that day but one of his family members ( I believe his mom) and cleaned the entire place while we went looking around. Incredible service and prompt. Otherwise solid 5’s . Reed and his staff are amazing and the place has everything you would need and an owner that goes above and beyond. Our visit to St. George was a blast to say the least . My only regret was not being able to rent for a longer period of time at this location. Walk to everything . Location, Location , Location as the saying goes . The owner offered us a partial refund because of the cleaning situation. The owner , the property, service level …. All 5 star!

St George Mini Vacation for 4 days

Overall it was a good place
We got there and walked in on someone in our unit, it had been double booked. Luckily they were nice. We got in touch with the owner, and he got it squared away. It was a nice place, and conveniently located, however the heat/ac was out and the kitchen sink didn’t work. The owner attempted to have them looked at, but to no avail. I was told I would be getting a discount because of all the issues (which I didn’t ask for) but I never did. Not a fan of being told something and it not happening.

This was our first time on Saint George’s island. We absolutely fell in love with the place, both the town and the condo. The condo is ideally situated right in the heart of the town and Just a hop skip and a jump two great restaurants, grocery store, and most importantly the beach. There was a mixup when we first got there because the cleaning people had not shown up to do their job, but when we called Reed He arranged for three people to come right over and clean up for us. For our inconvenience he also gave us a discount on the total price. His kindness and professionalism really made a big difference not only in that situation but whenever we needed to ask him something. Great beds, great porch

Very large rooms and nice large porch accessed thru French doors. A little loud due to being right on the main rd. We were fully aware of this due to previous visits to St. George. Highly recommend.

This was our first time on Saint George’s island. We absolutely fell in love with the place, both the town and the condo. Feels just like home and has everything you could ever need. Owners are very friendly and responsive. If this is available when we come back we will choose it again.
