Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean rooms and a lovely building in a quiet area. About 20 mins walk to the train station.
Some washing up liquid and a cloth would have been helpful, as we didn't realise we needed to take these.

Location was perfect. A short walk to the old town.
The decor and property was lovely and unique
The room was well equipped for a family and the AC was a bonus
The front of house staff were amazing, going the extra mile drive my daughter to the pharmacy in the searing heatwave. We were very thankful to this.
The courtyard facing room was very quiet from the road noise, apart from the people in the room next door checking out early. Maybe sound-proof doors would be good? Also there was a window light above our door, which made our room quite bright at night when trying to sleep. The mattress on the double bed was not firm, so my husband had to sleep ion one of the bunk beds.

Academia Resort is located in a wonderful location, with spacious nice and clean rooms.
The staff was helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our stay there and for sure we will be back again.

Near Città Alta in a quiet neighborhood. Only stayed for a night but it was all good.
There is no parking but the surrounding streets have you covered(free).

The staff was very helpful and communicable. Despite I arrived late, I did not have any issue with check-in.
Location - perfect, close to the center and to the bus station Vittorio Emanuele, through you can get to the airport easily.
As regards to the facilities, they were satisfying.
In bathroom, there was no bathroom fan. Though the room had 2 separate windows and it was possible to aerate

Beautiful room with everything we needed
The walls are really really thin so you can hear everything in the corridor /other room so if you are a light sleeper it's not for you

Great location near the historical center, very clean, helpful staff.
the third bed in the “loft” was a bit uncomfortable, as it was one of those fold in additional beds and the room was cold when we arrived, but this might be on us because we checked in at 2AM

Perfect location near the Cita Alta.
Clean apartment, little kitchen with microwave, fridge. Two big windows with nice view. Kind staff. Carrefour Express about 5 minutes walking.
The floor in the apartment is realy cold, I recomend to take some slippers.

The thing about this place is that the location of the property was really nice. The price also matched our expectations and we loved how the apartments looked. There are shops nearby and also we could leave our luggage after we needed to go to the city somewhere for a long time (since our flight was in the afternoon this was a helpful thing)
The only thing I disliked was the way how they managed to get me a water for like 2.5 euro and talked about it how it is fresh and great water meanwhile it was just a classic sparkling water. But its kind of whatever.

Perfect accomodation for a short stay and perfect location if you want to visit places in the area (Milano, Lake como, Bergamo Cita Alta). Multiple bus stops are short walking distace, The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful
If you want to have the window open during the night the noise made by motorcycles can be very disturbing

The location is excellent, enear to the train station (the airport is only 15 mins away by bus) and well within walking distance to Citta Alta. The staff is very helpful. Cleaning everyday.

Spacious room and bathroom. A great and convenient location to explore beautiful Bergamo Città alta and Città bassa on foot. Easy access from the airport by bus. Very nice and helpful staff, clearly explained how to explore Bergamo, recommended a great breakfast place near the apartment, allowed to leave luggage after check-out.
