FEEL - Porta Nuova Rooms

Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes from train. Three minutes from bus to airport. 20 minutes to funicular. Nice, safe neighborhood with historic interest. We're glad we stayed in lower city. Excellent communication with host who responded to my many questions right away - one of the best ever. The room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. Self check-in Instructions were excellent! We were given instructions for accessing the free luggage storage room - a big plus! Room was plain but very clean, spacious, and accessible by elevator. It matched the description. Nice to have a shared kitchen area.

I don't normally reserve a room with shared bathroom but ourvother rewuirements were more important. The shared bathroom was indicated in the description so I don't think it's fair to lower the rating for this. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms for the 4 (I think) rooms on the floor. It may be lacking some other facilities not important to us. We were happy with what we got.

Very simple and clean room. The location is very nice and near the train station.

It was a bit hot and we could not open the window without a mosquito biting us :( so they could use some insect mesh

Perfect location, for rest after arriving at the Bergamo airport!

Windows to the streets, shutters too old and do not work properly, might be a bit noisy for someone’s.

Rooms are ok, clean, good for one overnight for budget travelers. Location is very central, close to train and bus station. Clear and nice communication with staff.

Unfortunatelly it was extremely hot and the appartment is on very busy street. There was no air conditioning, so we were not able to sleep - it was either too hot or too noisy. Sorry to give this review, but in hot summer it is not comfortable at all
