Aria Lito Mansion

Aria Lito Mansion is a lovely property. Everything is well maintained, clean, and tidy. The staff are all so nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was served in the beautiful garden and offered variety. There is easy access to main street as well as the higher streets for shopping, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere central to stay in Fira.

The Junior suites are right on Main Street, can be a little noisy at times

Excellent location, within a secluded courtyard opening directly onto the busy walkways of central Fira. Wonderful breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom was old and worn though perfectly functional.

Good breakfast. Appreciated robes. Good location.

Wi-Fi did not work in one of the rooms and was spotty in the other room. Mattress was not comfortable. One of the showers was rusty and set up of the shower led to water running across the bathroom floor to a drain by the toilet.

Location of the property was great, close to so many great restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular too to watch the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast included was decent.

The rooms we had booked were allocated remotely to the hotel which was never mentioned anywhere. Besides the fact they were not even part of the main hotel building, the rooms were not clean at all as they had an empty room next to that was turned into a room for cats and dogs that belonged to this hotel. Which made it even worse with smell and hygiene for those other two rooms that were allocated to us for our first night stay. The room was disgustingly dirty we pulled the bed to find a roach and ants crawling on the floor. The bathroom also gad ants crawling even in our face towels that were hung. When we informed the receptionist, the answer was the hotel was full to change our rooms and that this is an island these things are normal. Until I contacted the property owner about this nothing other than sprinkling the room floor with pest control powder that was left in the room while we were occupying it and a little mopping nothing else was done. The next day i had to meet with the owner and Konstantina was kind enough to upgrade our rooms and allocate us rooms on the main building of the hotel. The new rooms were way cleaner. Except for the bathrooms were very old and worn down. Can do with renovation.
