Friendly services especially dine in experience and dine in the room service was really good.

The front desk staff could provide more detailed information about the route to the beach, including the best way to get there, estimated travel time, and available transportation options. It would also be helpful if the staff could proactively introduce the activities available both within the hotel and in the surrounding area, such as water sports, sightseeing spots, family-friendly activities, and hotel facilities or entertainment. This would help guests plan their stay more easily, enjoy more of what the hotel and its surroundings have to offer, and enhance their overall experience.

Spacious room for 2 & accessable for mum walk using walking aid. Buffet - fairly good for breakfast, satisfactory for dinner (can improve more). Compliment as thank you to staff help my mum (OKU) push to & back from buffet area (lift under construction). Great allow me to chill relax at lounge (full glass wall) facing pool view.

No ramp from dining area to swimming pool area & multiple angle pathway & sloop to push wheelchair despite lift under construction/upgrade.

Very children-friendly - has water theme park & kids lounge for fun activities with kids

Limited beach activities. Probably due to the haze

The pool for the kids and the sea view. Staff very friendly.

Room is smelly, breakfast place is chaos.
