Burn Hall Hotel

Good location, large, clean rooms

Lovely hotel throughout 👌 Staff were very pleasant and very helpful 😊 The food was delicious. I will definitely go back. 😊😊

For the price we paid you could not fault anything h

Clean and warm. Friendly reception staff.

No fridge in room. No hair dryer. Boring, dated decor. Lack of parking spaces available both times I stayed.

I had stayed one night at Burn Hotel on 12 Sep 2026. The bed had not been cleaned properly definitely below the regular standard, the bed sheet had visible black marks and hairs, the floor in bath room had dust and hair. After communication with the reception, the bed sheet , covers had been changed and the both room has been cleaned. However, there is no air extractor, I had smell the heavy chemicals at night, which disturbed my sleep. My bad sleeping at this hotel resulted in a bad traffic accident next day on 13 Sep 2026. The reception lady had a cold face and had no response when I complained the heavy chemicals disturbing my sleeping. It's an awful experience in this hotel.

The cleaning standards should be maintained , an air extractor should be needed., a professional reception should be needed.
