Overall, the room was very good with a great TV, modern bathroom, and strong AC. Fast and efficient service from the staff. Good hotel facilities including laundry, meeting rooms, and a gym with 4 treadmills and dumbbells. The breakfast buffet ($35/person) was well worth the price and tasted good.

Housekeeping missed a used band-aid on the floor upon check-in. Even after the room was serviced the next day, it was still left on the floor, which shows a lack of attention to detail in cleaning.

Ideal location as a base to explore Sydney. Quiet area within easy walking distance to cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants.

We booked a twin room but on arrival (late at night) the beds were joined together to make a double. We were told the beds would be separated the next day but this didn’t eventuate. We didn’t complain but should have! Additionally, the tea and coffee supply was very limited to only 2 sachets of each per day. I did ask for additional supplies but this request fell on deaf ears!

1. On top of my list, you have bidet. Some hotels I have been to, they do not have this. 2. The room is good, sound proof, no disturbances. 3. Bed and pillows, very comfy. 4. Very near Victoria Cross train station, so easy for me to go to CBD.

Breakfast - always the same offer. Maybe next time, more options to choose from and may change from time to time. I stayed here for 6 days and it is always the same food choices. My next business trip, I might not avail of the breakfast anymore.

Room was clean.

There were a number of things that should be working but was not - electricity outlets downstairs had no power AND no electricians to look into it. Front desk staff advising that bar is opened at 4:30pm when the advertising for happy hour says it starts at 4pm. Trying to get the same room across 3 separate bookings became a drama because the front desk staff clearly has no authority to allocate rooms beyond what the computer says. Gym was dated, small and really unappealing to use. Room cards stopped working 6 times in this period.
