Excelente personal, su servicio y amabildad están en lo máximo. Me encantó el desayuno, el jacuzzi, la cascada de la piscina, la sala del cuarto, el agua caliente de la bañera y la piña colada. Me gusta que los elevadores tengan cristal para observar mientras se usan.

Pensé que tenía acceso directo a la playa y tiendas de traje de baño y cosas para piscina. No tenían máquinas de café con variedad como French vanilla capuchino, etc. el Happy Our ofrecido a los clientes cierra muy temprano.

La prima camera assegnata aveva il bagno sporco con evidenti tracce sul water. Per fortuna ci è stata data un'altra camera in quanto non era possibile intervenire per pulire la prima. La colazione era un pò scadente e aprendo una confezione di cereali erano presenti larve e muffa che avevano ormai prodotto i moscerini. Per un hotel di questo livello e fascia di prezzo il bagno è ridicolmente "antico" e scadente: niente doccia ma tenda di dubbia fattura nella vasca scrostata e con rubinetti arrugginiti.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das Casino im Hotel. Das interne Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, sofern man gerne Fisch ist. Die Band im Casino hat einen Flair verleiht. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, welches Tag und Nacht geöffnet hat.

Die Zimmer könnten mal überholt werden, da es schon ein älteres Gebäude ist.

I didn't like that I was charged an additional night because of an obvious mistake while booking. The rooms are a bit outdated.

I love everything .. When I travel to Puerto Rico thst is my go to place..

Friendly staff, very clean, everyone was nice and helpful.

I just wished the view in our room was nicer, I was expecting more of a luxury stay but this place was overall good.

The toilet made a loud noise Everytime it was flushed. The daily breakfast did not change. Always cubed hashbrowns you get in the frozen section of the grocery store, sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They need to turn up the heat the food was on the verge of being cold. Thought they would alternate days with bacon but no. The guy that prepared omelettes was very good. The happy hour now has a limit of 2 drinks and the margarita that was made fresh was the worst could not drink.

The Staff was very polite and helpful, the free breakfast was awesome!!! ( they had a nice variety of hot and cold food) I loved the room especially that I could close the bedroom door and not hear the TV in the other room so my husband was able to relax and enjoy the TV without disturbing me!!! we were unaware of the 2-free drink tickets per day so that was really unexpected. and the beach was about 2blks away

Had 5 guests in our suite but only 4 sets of towels. And we had to request for extra pillows and blankets.

No itinerary. They need activities in the lobby main floor area. So much wasted space. Breakfast can be better

There were too much of marijuana scent at the entrance of the hotel. There should be a no smoking zone especially as it is the entrance. That was a big turn off for me.
