Location was amazing. The welcome package in the room was a surprise and well appreciated and made the hotel stand out in a positive way, especially the real orchide. The room had everything and was very comfortable, lots of unexpected treats. Staff in general very friendly
Certain items ran out quickly at the breakfast and wasn’t replenished, regardless of the hour (smoked salmon). The restaurant staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed even at half capacity. I can not recommend the coffee at the buffet, better ask the staff to find one from the “back room”. More offers at the egg station?

Staff was very attentive and helpful. They gave more complimentary water than other hotels we experienced in Italy
It was 100 degrees outside and the AC was broken!!!! Try sleeping in stifling heat. The water temperature was nearly impossible to lock in… on its own it would swing from burning to freezing. The gym had no AC
