Hotel Viminale

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom had a strong sewer smell. Room was located directly over the bar area so in the morning when the staff was making coffee, the tapping was so loud you thought someone was hammering a nail. If more than one night would have requested room change.

The breakfast was great, fresh and with a lot of options. I strongly recommend this place

Nothing it was perfect

The hotel viminale was beautiful and the greeting upon arrival was very lovely. The staff was all very kind and caring. We also liked having a closet area behind the bed, good use of space.

The air conditioning in the rooms could not keep pace with the heat outside. We were given a fan which was helpful but less than great for the $$$ paid for this property. The main desk had placed limits on the thermostat which were much warmer than in the room. Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the indoor breakfast room/lounge area which made it uncomfortable to enjoy those areas. Our room had ants in the bathroom and the floor could have used a good cleaning. Additionally our safe needed to be reset by staff as the previous guests left it with an open door in the pocket position and we asked three times for it to be fixed, each time the staff said no problem and never fixed it.
